This will dramatically accelerate the research process and make qualitative data more scalable. The concept of continuous discovery involves moving away from large, project-based research studies to a constant, low-level stream of feedback from users. The industry is evolving to support this, with platforms that integrate directly into the product development lifecycle, allowing teams to get quick feedback on ideas and designs on an ongoing basis. This evolution is transforming user research from a distinct phase in a project into a continuous, integrated habit for the entire product team.
