Lester's contract chain is one of the few places in GTA V where patience matters more than firepower. Franklin handles every job, but Michael and Trevor should also be ready to invest. If you have recently picked up GTA 5 Accounts, keep their cash untouched until the story gives you a good reason to spend it. The Bus Assassination deserves special attention: save it until the main story is over, when all three characters can put far more money into Vapid shares after the mission causes a sharp fall.

Start With the Multi Target Job

Do not rush the payphone assignment in Little Seoul. Franklin has less than nine minutes to reach four people, so grab a quick car and learn the route before taking the first shot. One target is at Muscle Sands, another is on a yacht near Pacific Bluffs, a third is on the Eclipse Medical Tower, and the last rides through Vinewood Hills. Debonaire usually rises after the work is done. Sell when its climb slows, then move the proceeds into Redwood while that company is still low. The exact peak can vary, so check the market after each sleep rather than relying on one fixed figure.

Prices do not move instantly, and that small delay catches people out.

Hotel and Vice Contracts

The Hotel Assassination is the required introduction to Lester's method. Franklin watches the Von Crastenburg garage, waits for Brett Lowrey, and takes the shot as he heads towards his car. Betta Pharmaceuticals benefits, while Bilkinton Research loses ground. The Vice job is quieter. Jackson Skinner arrives on Mutiny Road in a Peyote, giving Franklin a clear opportunity. Fruit tends to gain value after Skinner's removal. Facade, meanwhile, can become the more interesting purchase once its price has been pushed down. These two jobs are useful practice for checking both sides of a market move.

Construction Site Pressure

Enzo Bonelli's mission plays more like a compact action set piece. His guards cover a downtown building site, so bring armour and enough ammunition before entering. Franklin clears the lower floors, rides the unfinished lifts, and follows Bonelli to the roof. The getaway helicopter is the last major obstacle. GoldCoast normally responds well once Bonelli is gone, making this another contract worth saving for a late-game portfolio. It is also the mission where preparation helps most; a rushed approach can cost time and health.

A Practical Cash Plan

For the best results, finish the story first, create a separate save, and invest with every character. Use this simple routine.

Complete the required Hotel job during the story.
Leave the other four contracts until your cash reserves are large.
Sleep to advance time, then review prices before selling.
Keep a reserve instead of investing every dollar at once.

That slower approach feels less exciting, but it gives the market time to move and makes a late purchase such as buy GTA V Accounts less relevant to your in-game financial progress.
